Returns & Exchanges

We accept returns or exchanges within 365 days of delivery for most unused, unopened items in their original condition and packaging. If your item arrived damaged, defective, or not as expected, please reach out—we’ll make it right.

International Returns

We welcome returns from customers around the world. While international return shipping costs are typically the responsibility of the customer, we’ll work with you to find the most convenient and cost-effective solution. If your item was damaged or incorrect, we’ll cover the return shipping.

How to Start a Return

1. Email us at support@savorancetrail.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We’ll guide you through the process and provide a return shipping label if applicable.

3. Once we receive and inspect the item, we’ll issue a refund or exchange within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

• Digital products and downloadable content are non-refundable.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

• Items must be returned in their original condition to qualify for a full refund.
