Founder Story

It began as a feeling - a quiet wonder sparked by the rhythm of a drum in some country, the warmth of a shared meal, the wisdom in a grandmother’s story. As I traveled and listened, I found myself drawn not just to the beauty of different cultures, but to the question: How do we keep these stories alive?

As an engineer, I’ve always been curious about how things work. But over time, I became just as curious about how we remember, how we pass things on, and how we build meaning across generations. I started to see that the tools I used in science and engineering could do more than solve technical problems—they could help us preserve culture, spark empathy, and create immersive ways to learn and connect. That’s how The Savorance Trail was born!

The name Savorance Trail puts Savor (Savor) and ance (inheritance) on a trail (journey).This is a gentle reminder that we are a living project, shaped by continuous learning, community collaboration, and the belief that everyone’s story deserves to be seen, heard, and honored. This is just the beginning
